Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Flint

This is the first and last thing me I will ever order from this location. It actually was an accident to order from here. I have nothing positive to say about this my order or experience. The lady was rude. The order was placed in the little pickup area. Which was fine I informed the lady that I did not get a code with my order I placed. And she insisted that she needed to see my phone to see the name on the order. And I kept telling her that there is nothing on my phone and that my name was .... Which on the window only had my first name and last initial. I went out to get my phone to show her that there is nothing on my phone. And when I walked in I walked back in on them talking crap about me. I showed her my phone that there was nothing on my phone that would show my name or show the order. Kevin Sistine that they can't open that door just for anyone that it's their policy. And I tried to tell her that I would go out to the car and get my driver's license with my name on it and she kept insisting that she had to see the order on my phone. Finally somebody that was working cool never came to the window so I have no idea who they were. Told her just give her the pizza. And she kept muttering about how they can't open that door while she was over there opening the door for the order. And then really snotty said take your order. I had to wait for the door to open in order to get my order. I got my order out and turned around to walk out when I had got to the door and it shot I heard through the close door her screaming and I turned around and went back in. There were two ladies that were laughing I am assuming that she startled them with her scream because then in a calm voice she turned to them and said I forgot my sauce. She put sauce on the little turntable and spun it around toward me and I left. I got home and the pieces of pizza were not caught all the way through I had to use scissors to cut through the pizza. But the slices were all wonky. Some slices were not even 2 in wide where other slices were over 6 in wide. I had ordered a ham and pineapple pizza with light sauce there was no sauce. I had ordered two orders of crazy bread and there were some slices that might have been three maybe four inches at Max and length and then some that were over six or seven inches in light some were fat and some were really skinny.. the edges the crust of the pizza were hard and slightly burnt. Easily top 5 worst customer service that I’ve received from a fast food pizza place. Yesterday around 5:30 I ordered a large veggie pizza. I was told the wait would be 15 minutes, and that my total was $7.59. No one asked for a name attached to my order. I enter the store to pick up my pizza and was told that they don’t accept debit payments AND cash; has to be one or the other. So I drive to a ATM and return to Little Caesars with cash as payment. I’m given a box of pizza that has bacon on it. Not a veggie in sight. I walk back in telling them that this isn’t my order, showing the employee the time I called them to place my order, only to be told that no veggie pizza was ever made, that my total should be $13 not $7, and “the best I can do is give you your money back.” I highly doubt anyone in that store gave their best, as the listening and customer service skills are laughable. No one ever apologized, or attempted to figure out why the employee who took my order screwed up so badly. I will never give Little Caesar’s another dime, especially at this...

This was THEE most unprofessional experience I have ever had in any business transaction. I asked for a fresh pepperoni pizza, not a Hot'nReady like 3 times. The lady keeps trying to sell me one and throws a hotnready on the counter and gives me the total. Whoever was in the back making pizza was literally screaming at me. I said I didn't want that and I want a fresh one so I wait for 20 minutes, come back in and she takes out a hot n ready (it was there from before) and tries to give it to me. I told her I know it's not my fresh pizza because there is no sticker on it, and she hands me my sticker under the glass to stick on my own box. I will absolutely positively NEVER visit this establishment ever again. It was the sloppiness pizza, and the laziest service I have ever experienced. Plus the "lady" acts like she can't hear you when you are very clear. I'm getting flustered just thinking about it. Please hire people that....care, I guess. They were AWFUL to me, and not respectful at all to the elderly lady who was in front of me. Awful awful...
