Hallwood Plaza — Local services in Flint

And the only reason I gave it one star was so I could leave a comment on my rating. The only decent thing about hallwood plaza is the bus shelter. Howevet, it does NOT deserve to be that large because this is the same size bus shelter at Genesee Valley. And the protective parking pylons or whatever you want to call them that surround the bus shelter? Apparently they're not as protective as we think they are, and they're only something I don't know what on the inside, and a plastic or thin metal coating on the outside, a mere shell... Because I saw a young kid walking around with one of the shells! Plus I was very frightened having to wait at that bus stop. There's no security of any kind of there. MTA needs to do something and the plaza needs to take some measures to better the security and a fix that...
