Paradise Express — Local services in Flint

Firstly, I have been shopping here since I was a little girl. I’ve always loved all of the posters, stickers, jewelry, everything they have! Today I stopped in for a pair of ear gauges and we weren’t greeted. The male owner started at his tv the entire time we were in there. The female owner was behind the jewelry counter with a friend just on their phones and chatting. I’m usually offered to see jewelry. Instead I finally asked to see some and she got it out, seemed annoyed with me. Then I asked to see a different tray and she wouldn’t even pull out the whole tray. Ignored me until I told her what exact pair I wanted. Usually they give me them in jewelry bags. Instead she left them on the counter and went straight to the pay counter… I picked them up and brought them over. She rang me up. I asked her if she had a bag for them and she threw the bag on the counter and I had to put them in the bag myself. Horrible customer service. I will never EVER go there again. Again, the store content is lovely and nostalgic. The owners are the only people working there and they have never been this rude. I...

I always love coming to this store.The couple that run it are super kind and friendly. It's so sad to hear her husband passed he was a very kind soul 💜. What keeps me coming back is not only how I'm treated but their prices are fair and they carry a lot of different type of items. It's interesting just going in there looking, however.. I can never seem to come out empty handed (& I love that) : I've been coming to this store for many many years & it never disappoints....
