Planted Provisioning- Flint — Local services in Flint

I’ve been a very loyal customer of Planted Provisioning for years, been a customer since the first day they opened in Whitmore Lake. I’ve been a customer at the Flint location now for almost 2 years and was coming in to the store multiple times a week. After having some issues with bud tenders a few months ago in the store I have switched to getting my orders delivered from Flint and haven’t been very satisfied with the website since I’ve switched. The inventory on the website is very low. I mainly buy Jeeters, and with the exception of today I’ve noticed that there will only be a very small amount of different kinds of Jeeters available, usually only 5-6 different kinds of 1 grams and 5-6 different kinds of XL. I know that there is a whole wall dedicated to infused pre rolls which is 3/4 made up of Jeeters, so not sure why all of the inventory doesn’t show up on the website. The bake yourself muffins have only had one flavor on the website for months now, the double chocolate chip when there have been other flavors like blueberry available in the store. My other issue is the pricing on the website. Not sure if it’s only a deal when you come in, but in store there is always a deal on Jeeters when you buy 2 and was told on the phone that they are that price when you order online as well but I have never received that deal when I have my order delivered. My other issue with pricing online is when items are on sale. When Jeeters are on sale or Levitate gummies are on sale not every single flavor will show the sale price. For instance my order today, the pineapple Levitate gummies were on sale for $5 but the sour apple ones were not and cost $8 (see photo for reference). This has been a very frequent issue since Black Friday especially. I always hope who picks my order will notice and fix the prices like they do when your in store but it’s never fixed. I really don’t think this is something that I should have to call about every time I place my order to get fixed or try and get the delivery drivers to fix since most of them don’t know how to fix things on the iPads to begin with. Hopefully this review will actually get read and that these issues get fixed because I really like Planted Provisioning and the majority of their bud tenders and delivery drivers and I don’t want to have to find a new...

I love planted Curbside team you all are appreciated!!

I visited planted on Friday February 8th 2024 approximately around 330-350pm to pick up a curbside order I text the spot I was in the amount of cash i had I waited 10mins before I sent another text stating I had arrived the curbside person came outside on 3 different occasions to the same vehicle not once acknowledge me sitting waiting so I Than called inside to let them know I had been waiting which the receptionist was very nice When the curbside girl who I've never seen which she was a Caucasian female with blonde hair and glasses tall she comes out collects money says I have to go in and get your change I've already been here abt 15mins at this point so yes at this point I'm upset because what are you doing she turns and says is there a problem I stated yes I've been sitting here watching u come in and out I text you she goes to my well I didn't get your text goes In to get my change I pulled up to the entrance to get out and get my change the curbside attendant was coming back out and just threw my change on the ground saying you on camera ok and so is what you did I went in ask to speak to a manager which I spoke to a short Caucasian man who apologize and said he would be taking care of the situation and reaching out to me which never happened I've never been treated like this hear the curbside attendee was very rude and disrespectful but I'm grateful I didn't get outta of character she's horrible and should not be working with people.... And visited here for the first time a couple days ago and will most definitely be going back! The staff here was very friendly and welcoming and despite me not having a lot of money to spend, I felt like a welcomed guest. That's what makes people come back! Thank you to the staff here for making shopping a good experience in your store

Update 08.11.24: Funny looking back at my original review about Planted Provisioning. Always trust your gut instinct! I've been to many local dispensaries over the last few years and each time I visit somewhere new, it reminds me how thankful I am to have found Planted. Not only is the establishment setup perfectly imo, the service staff is truly excellent and are in another class than almost every other place I've been. In fact, my youngest son just turned 21 a week ago and we went to one place closer to home on the way to Planted, and he knew right away when we walked into Planted why it's my go-to place. If you're looking for a dispensary that has very competitive pricing with a wide variety of products to fit every budget, all while being helped by the most friendly staff in the business, this is your place. I proudly sport the stickers from Planted on my vehicle and if I'd love to have a large vinyl for the rear window of my car, I'd gladly sport that too!
