It was really a good experience. I needed a new battery, I already knew the old one was bad so I didn't need the one hour load test. I drove my car to the store. They took out my old battery and installed the new one in under 10 minutes. They only reason why I didn't give 5* is because of the man that installed the battery. He was rude. He never said one word to me and it appeared that he was giving me dirty looks but he really had a sour face so maybe it was just that. He is always very helpful and always has a good attitude. Today was a very different experience. I had to exchange a defective part that was less than 3 weeks old and the older heavy set lady I had to deal with was very unpleasant to deal with. She acted like it was a huge inconvenience to exchange the part and she literally threw the new part on the counter and tossed my receipt at me and said have a nice day with a very annoyed attitude. It's always good to get both reps in on your decision so you can make a decent one. If they both are in agreement then you'll feel more comfortable. Always remember, the only stupid question is the question you don't ask. Especially, when it comes to your hard earned money!
