Dollar General — Local services in Flomaton

Worst employees. And heaven forbid you try to use dollar generals ecoupons that work fine at every other dollar general. Tried to buy something the last time I was her that had a coupon on it that said save $.50 on this item. Cashier said it wouldn't go through and manager refused to put it in manually. Everytime my wife has tried to use coupons at this store she has had similar issues and management does not care and they refuse to even try to help. Just use another store. Because if this happens and you tell them that you don't want the item that was supposed to be on sale at full price they void your empire sale and you have to unload everytime you had rung up and they have to start all over. Employees are nice enough, and the store has nearly everything you could want from a dollar store. However, in order to find those items expect to put on the hat of a warehouse employee. Carts full of stock, racks and more are constantly filling the isles making it impossible for two people to pass each other. Usually it's difficult enough just to squeeze through by yourself. Went today and one isle was blocked from one end to the other with stock. This store has been like this for years and unless corporate decides to do something about it I don't expect it to...

Store has the products I want if you can get to them. The isles are full with the loading carts and hard to get down because of that. I understand when restocking but no one was stocking and dont have that many employees. Should allow a few extra hours after closing at least one night a week for restocking then the store will not be so difficult for customers and less stressful...
