So, you absolutely have to get the Flamethrower burger if you find yourself here. Best burger I've ever had, and that means a lot coming from me. All other burgers on the menu pale in comparison. But if the name turns you off (it's really not spicy, I swear...rather kind of sweet and mildly spicy), the Build-Your-Own-Burger menu is probably the next best bet. My only complaint is that they won't let you order a burger medium rare. It's only medium or well. The wait staff will tell you it's some sort of law, but I have my doubts. Our family decided since we ate a hambugar way back when it was the other side of the depot in Flora and it was really good we would get lunch for all of us. This was the worst food. Four of the seven orders were horrible. There were no real hamburger buns they were like thin loafbread and soaking wet. One order was nothing hot or peppers of any kind. The flamethrower is an amazing burger! Although you might drive by this place without a second glance, don't. The seating is pleasant though it is a little crowded. They have squeezed a lot into a little space, but it works well.
