Sullivan's Grocery — Local services in Flora

Beware of this grocery store and please pay close attention when your products are being scanned at the register. My elderly mother was charged $25 for one turnip root. I just had to take her back to get her money. Last week she purchased items and was reaching for her last bag and some lady that was working rushed her out the way and told her that was not her bag. She got home and didn’t have her turkey wings. She goes back to get them or a refund and they refused to replace the wings or her money. I went in with her tonight to make sure she get her money back. The manager on tonight is very rude with a nonchalant attitude towards his customers. I have told my mom to stay out of that store. I refuse to spend my money where it’s not appreciated plus it stinks in there all the time. Stop patronizing businesses that take advantage of you because they are the only grocery store in your town! DON’T SHOP IN THAT STORE THEY...

I found this establishment customer service representative at the time of my purchase, to be very nice. I also purchased some lawn mulch. Which I had to pull to the side on the fire lane to pick up. No one offered to help my disabled husband to get it, so that's why we pulled on the fire lane. So that he will be able to put them in our vehicle. Another customer service representative whom I thought to be very prejudice.. spoke in an non respectful manner.. My husband's friend responded to her in the same manner.. the customer service representative proceeded to get her manager as if we were the problem. Mind you, we had just spent over $300 at this establishment.. I didn't appreciate that my daughter had to witness prejudice in the year 2021.. I will not be recommending anyone else or coming back to this STORE. SIGNED, HAPPY CUSTOMER.. BUT BAD BUSINESS...

Just left there on 2/4/24 and the lady working behind the counter was more focused on cutting up with her homegirl. I paid for my food in advance and when I returned 15 minutes later not only was my food missing but the gentleman they hired to help has to be told 5 times and he still didn't fix my food. Sullivan's used to be a go to place in the area but when people quietly apologize for poor to no service that means you lost my business and everyone's business I know.
