Came here twice after a recommendation to Sydni for hair coloring and cut. I was very honest up front and said that I’m very patient if I request something that is outside of your comfort zone but you are still willing to try. After sharing feedback with her politely I got no reply. Made my third appointment at the second one which was planned for just before a vacation. I drive from an hour away to see her and was unaware there were any issues. I happen to check my instagram and find a message for five days prior that she could no longer have me as a client. I was already almost there when I see this and thought it odd I did not get the text the day before. I found this to be extremely rude and poor business as she could have sent a text or called me. My name and number are in the system that send the confirmation texts so I see absolutely no excuse as to why I wasted time and money traveling to see her only to find an insta message that says she cancelled my appointment.
