Vintage Vapor — Local services in Florence

A little bit on the pricey side and the parking lot is a mess (not their fault), but good customer service. Additionally, they are the only shop in my immediate area that opens before noon. My glass tank shattered this morning and I would have had to wait a few more hours before Flawless opened to fix it. That and the fact that lately Flawless has been out of stock on pretty much everything I use and need (juice, coils, etc.) and pleading to re-order anything has fallen on deaf ears for over two months now. Vintage has stepped up to the plate and helped keep me stocked with the supplies I need in the meantime. Like I said, they are slightly more expensive than their competitors, but the alternative is either driving in never ending traffic to North Austin or wait 3 days and order online. It's the best alternative for now. I still go to North Austin to a different Flawless location for juice instead of Vintage since I haven't particularly cared for the flavors OR significantly higher price tags for their juice that's comparable to my regular brand and flavor. They have some decent flavors, but it's definitely more niche and you'll pay extra for it. I would definitely check Vintage out if I were you and I will definitely...

The atmosphere is impossible to top, extremely friendly staff, and BEST juice selection in town. Ricky just helped me pick out Hometown hero - rice crispy treats - 50ml ($20.00) which is made in Austin, and Churrios - 30ml ($18.95). Only place I've seen them in Austin, and. If you haven't tried these flavors....YOU MUST.

Go say hi, and hangout. They have a tv, video games to play while you enjoy your new flavors/pen, and drinks for sale. I consider this place a lounge, I never go and spend less than an hour in the store.

Went and 2 separate open signs were up, but tge door was locked and after 5 minutes of waiting no one was around still. Turn off your signs or leave a note next time maybe come on

I went the day after Christmas (the day I posted this) and it was when the store was open according to the hours on the door. I posted this review fairly shortly after I drove away.

Like I get that people need breaks, I really do, but to not have a sign up leaves people wondering if you've got anyone there at all. I don't want to wait around for someone I don't know is going to show up, and I'm going to go to another shop before I search your number and call to see what's going on when someone could have put up a note. Barring that just turn the one open sign around to closed and turn the light off...
