Solid little spot for -the food's honestly great, super fresh flavors that make you wanna come back. But getting it to go? Total nightmare. The phone's often disconnected, so good luck ordering ahead. They'll quote you fifteen minutes, but when you roll up, it's a crapshoot: ten minutes after you arrive if you're lucky, thirty if the kitchen's slammed. Turns out they don't start cooking until you physically show up, so that wait time they give you? Pure fiction. We would go so much more often if the time they tell you the food will be ready was accurate.

Our first time, and although we arrived 30 minutes before closing time, we were warmly welcomed! Shortly after sitting down, we were served warm chips that were thin but sturdy with a hint of salt that were excellent and accompanied with a bowl of perfectly flavored salsa! We ended up consuming three baskets of chips and three bowls of salsa along with enjoying our delicious entrées! See photos below of our entrées! The menu items we selected were so delicious! La Fuente was an overall lovely experience and we will definitely go back!

Small town, small restaurant, BIG flavor!!!! From the incredible service to the amazing food. Dining here was an absolute pleasure. The chips were nice and warm and the salsa had such a great flavor. I ordered the Carne Guisada with the rice and beans. Everything was amazing!!! I also got a side of tortillas and they were nice and hot. I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for some great Mexican food.

We came to eat at this restaurant today for the first time. Normally we come into town to eat at Mano’s but since they are closed on Saturdays now we wanted to give this place a try.. HORRIBLE Idea!!! We had the absolute WORST experience ever!! We walked in and there were a few tables in there eating but overall not very busy. It is a fairly small place. It took about ten minutes after sitting down to get menus and from there probably about ten for each thing we asked for. The server we had was not very friendly. We asked for lime with our sweet tea and for our guacamole. We had to ask four times for them to bring some slices of lime along with some salt and pepper after waiting a few minutes in between each ask and having the guys stop at the table to bring drinks, etc. when we finally received the limes, they were not sliced like you would normally expect.. they literally cut a lime in half and brought it to us. We ordered a small guacamole and a small Queso with our salsa and wanted to eat a little of that while we looked over the menu and decided what to order. We ordered our food and it took about thirty minutes to receive. The guy did not write anything down as he took our order and appeared very inconvenienced with taking our order. When we got our food. The order was wrong. We asked for no tomatoes and it was served with a ton of tomatoes. Also we were under the impression the plates came with rice and beans.. we received plates with only rice and no beans to be found. When we asked about the beans we were told that they ran out but he never once mentioned that at the beginning when we sat down or when we ordered our food. Despite the business hours showing as a 3pm closing time, we were told they closed at 2pm. Mind you we walked in about 1:30pm under the impression they were open until 3.. the guy told us well you ordered after we closed so we ran out of beans. We asked for cheese on our tacos and did not receive it with cheese on one of the plates. When asking for cheese we were also told they were out, despite looking at some on the other plate. Only to be brought a side of grades cheese by the other employee that must’ve over heard. The guy waiting in us did not check back with us at all. Instead he went outside and was sitting in his car and moving it to the front of the restaurant. When he came in he started cleaning up and placing the chairs on top of tables while us and two other tables were trying to eat. He went out of his way to be rude and make it obvious that we were not welcome in the restaurant despite being paying customers. He must be related to the owner in some way because there is no way, he should be working there as the face of the company. This was our first time here and definitely will be our last. If I could give zero stars, I would have. This establishment is pathetic. Customer service in non existent and the food is not even worth being treated poorly. The food had little to no flavor and everything was very bland. Do NOT waste your time here. Make the time during the week and stop by Mano’s around the corner where you are welcomed and valued as a guest. The food is always great and the owner is very pleasant. Mano’s is the only restaurant in Florence that will be getting...

We have eaten there 4 times in the past month and a half. I can't tell you how pleasantly surprised we were with just how Good this place is. We thought they were closed the first time we went, as it didn't look as busy as the place around the corner. Those people eating at the other place are making a big mistake (I've been there) Their service was fast and friendly. It felt as if we were eating at a familys house. The food is fresh and flavorful and the portions on the fajitas plate is enough to fill me up for dinner And lunch the next day. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and amount you receive. Get there early as they close at 7:00, but this...

So the food was hot and tasted OK. But the service was horrible. I am not sure if someone called in sick or what, but we were waiting 10 to 20 minutes just for drinks. We asked for queso, which took at least 20 minutes. We had no napkins or cutlery. We had to ask. I had to change my order because of bad information. We got our food and had to wait 5 to 10 minutes for cutlery. We will be skipping this place. My husband dish was not prepared correctly at all . I believe the waiter didn't understand what it was he asked for, and it was prepared incorrectly. Pass...
