I recently shopped at this boutique on a Saturday when they had sent out a coupon to their subscribers. I very much appreciate the coupon. Unfortunately that is where it ended. I was shocked to see the room where plus size clothing, Pink Panache, Consuela, Brighton and shoes had been closed permanently for Facebook lives. So all that merchandise is crammed into now a much smaller footprint. Not a pleasant shopping experience at all. And it was crowded. I asked to see some Brighton pieces....the cases are now in the direct path of the flow of traffic....so I was being bumped into, excuse me, I'm sorry as people tried to pass by. Pink Panache is now behind the counter. I wanted to see some pieces....I had to wait in the line of customers wanting to pay for their purchases. When I got to the front I asked to look at some earrings while I felt glaring as people were getting impatient behind me. On top of that I couldn't see the details of anything because it was too high and too far away....I got so frustrated I said forget it I can't shop this way. I felt like staff were stalking like we the paying customers are thiefs which is horrible in itself. Why on earth would you make the store smaller? I used to love to go in there for a leisurely stroll. They do carry very cute clothes and jewelry. But I don't want to bump into racks or other people just trying to look at a few things. Not a relaxing experience at all and I can only imagine what it will be when Christmas items arrive. I am sorry for this review but several days have passed and I am still upset about not only how I was treated but other customers as well. I left so disappointed and unfortunately I will think twice before...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would give NO STARS if I could! Today (8/14/21) I went into Sisters to shop for back to school clothes for my two daughters. One of my daughters found a shirt that was priced $12 but it was a size small. She found the same shirt in a size medium but the price was $19.95. I took it to the front cashier and asked if we could get the size medium shirt for the same price as the small which was $12. The lady at the front desk explained that the shirt that was $12 was probably damaged. She then scoured the shirt looking for any holes or damage to it. She could not find any damage so I told her we will take the size small for $12 since that is what it was marked. She then told me it was no longer $12 because it must have been a mistakeā¦. I donāt know what you all think good Customer Service is but that was not it. My daughter who is in high school felt completely snubbed. Itās hard to support local businesses with service like this. I just never thought that Sisters would even think of selling damaged goods! Are customers aware that you do this. Iām so disappointed and upset with Sisters customer service. After the way we were treated you have definitely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBeautiful clothing but not a fan of how your practically harassed by some of the women/girls for help then when you say no they follow you around the store assuming your going to steal merchandise which makes the overall entire experience very uncomfortable. Now Iām all for owners/sales associates protecting the merchandise from theft however thereās professional & unprofessional ways to go about this Another incident was a tall elder lady dark hair (sales associate) I asked her for help in the footwear section automatic sour attitude & eye roll for only asking if possible to check for a certain size in sandals, the impression I received was if she didnāt want to help me After the two separate trips we had to sisters boutique my family & friends vowed to never step foot in that...
