Extremely poor business ethics. Had to buy uniform clothes from them for my daughter's sleepaway camp. The woman, Ivanna, who was supposed to help with the sizing during zoom interview rushed me to fill in the order right during the interview which caught me off guard since I wasn't prepared and didn't do proper research. In addition to required uniform clothes she convinced me to purchase two XL Elephant trunks (most expensive items on the list), she also convinced me that the trunks must have child's name, so I agreed to have them customized with my daughter's name. When the trunks arrived they were way too big, poor quality, hard to manage/move (no wheels). I sent the trunks back since they have no use, but they refused to issue the refund. I tried to negotiate at least partial refund, or store credit but it was unsuccessful (fyi, the customized side pocket of the trunk is detachable). I felt scammed. Working with The Camp Spot, and especially Justin, whom I barraged with emails regarding my camper's first year at sleepaway camp, has been seamless. Every time I sent off an email with questions or requests for clarifications regarding the products and ordering process, I received a helpful response within hours, usually in less than an hour, even on weekends. It has been a flawless process thus far. Today I placed two orders, one to be sent directly to the camp with name tapes already sewn in by personnel at The Camp Spot, and the other to be sent to the camper's home for packing.
