My hair is dead, fried, and dry I got it done the beginning of September and had it bleached and paid $120 to get it done that same day there was a water line break and that should’ve told me to reschedule but my stylist Tara at the time insisted on doing it still regardless of the water abc she used jugs of water to rinse my hair I was told my hair is too pourous which is untrue because my hair could take color no problem at the time I went to her willingly 3 times to get my hair fixed bc she screwed up my color two times already and gave her the benefit of the doubt she said she would do it for free well my third time was the last time I’d ever go I tried calling the salon to get a refund and all they could offer me was a free cut and color and that’s not what I wanted I don’t want anyone from there touching my hair I have to go 3 months with my hair messed up because she failed to do her job once again and made me look horrible I’m using a really good bonding shampoo and conditioner and hair mask to fix the issue and I won’t go to no one other than Fuscardos Above The Collar they recommended the bonding treatment for my hair, they won’t even cut it which I’m glad of it just irritates me she does so well on everyone else’s hair but screwed mine up badly I WILL...

Love going to my MAGICIAN! That's what I call Arlene, instead of my BEAUTICIAN!!! Because she works her magic and makes me look the best I can, and at an affordable rate. Everyone's is so helpful and nice at this salon...so glad they reopened their salon!! I'll be back for a haircut and color within the week. Thank goodness!! Simple haircut that was kept simple. I just wanted my extra poodle on my head removed as it was time for my quarterly haircut. I called ahead. They said “There isn’t a wait, come in whenever.” I went and was sat down immediately. Within 20 minutes I was heading home with the extra poodle remaining at the groomer’s. Simple and easy as all haircut experiences should be.
