Not professional. At first few times wonderful after that I waited more than an hour and I had an appointment. My appointment was with Andy, who is great by the way but I was given off to someone else. Kevin the owner cares only about filling places and the all mighty dollar. The customer is last don't let his niceness fool you. They don't put appointments in the book and will open earlier and take walk ins first and then you with the appointment waits. Bad customer service. If you continue to do that you will not have any recurring and loyal customers. At first they were great and I came from out of town because I thought so at the time. I was very disappointed and hurt by the way they treated me and I spend good money for good service. My time is just as important as the other person. Kevin the owner feels like walk ins he can put in a chair right now and make more money and forget the person who has an appointment. They may be good but I want the whole experience and should be made to feel that they care about you. I am just a body to be fill a space. Period. Shame on Kevin. I do not blame Andy who is great person and technician as is Rachel. Kevin as the owner is responsible to the people who patronize his business. The result was a perfect first time dip manicure and I can’t say enough about his approach to detail. Thanks!
