TL;DR Food is amazing, staffs' Actions could be better.
This Burger King has a love-hate relationship with its customers. The food is always good. Fresh and 9/10 times amazing. The downside comes from the staff. Regardless of business you'll always be told to drive around at the Drive-thru. Doesn't matter if you're the only car or the last car. It doesn't even matter if you order 1 sandwich or 5, you're being asked to pull around. That wouldn't be so bad if there wasn't a 10-15 minute wait for food no matter what. There's also this one old lady who I'm going to assume is a manager or shift lead, but she's NEVER in a good mood. She's very dull with her tone and sounds like you're bothering her by giving the restaurant business. I get it, working in fast food and retail is very tiring and all but come on. I shouldn't feel like I made someone upset just because I wanted a sandwich. But I could ignore all of that if it wasn't for the Drive-thru issue. That should at least...

Read moreOrder is always wrong, seems like I always end up with the burger that's been sitting out awhile that someone else ordered and changed their mind on. Asking for extra pickles gets you 1 more pickle than usual, and I guess the kitchen can't count because you're always going to be missing at least one chicken nugget.
