I have to say the city of follansbee is really a sad situation. They turned our water off for 2 days and refused to turn it back on. I pay through DOXO account however the lady at city building said they do not except DOXO anymore after a year of paying through this service. No on notified me or my husband. No letter . no note on door. No nothing. Not even a phone call. My husband callled her out for lying . she admitted no on called us. Sad. 67.00 later we are on our 3 rd day without water. Water on 7:30 AM. 3 rd day. Wowsa and the service boy asked if everytning is ok in the house. Lol you wanna come in and check out my pile of stinky dishes and toilets not flushed with feces and urine. Come on Follansbee you can do better...

Anytime I have need to call the ladies who answer are just excellent. Tonight in particular, I had a water line leak. At 8:30pm on a Friday I was able to call, speak to someone (the answering service I didn't get her name im sorry, but she was awesome.
