Friendly people, good variety, lots of refrigerated & frozen items. Everytime you go you may see new things. The produce can be really fresh & good, occasionally even organic. The BOGO ad special markdown sales are great. Somethings can be same price as regular store but may as well grab it, too if needed since overall you can save a lot of money. Everything is good...the meats are not expired or anything. Any food or medicine item must have either a "best before " or ''expiration''' date but most things tend to be fine for awhile afterwards.depending on item/common sense. May have dented canned goods but do turn in any with the slightest puffiness, like air pressure inside. In the rare event I was unhappy with anything, they gave me a store credit. They also have some brand new items, also. A little jumbledog in anew aisle or 2 but like a,treasure hunt. They have a large variety of alcoholic beverages, too and if not enough for you they have an additional store for way more variety in same parking lot. Lots of parking, handicapped accessible, only have 1 motorized scooter though so bring your own, if need it...

Occasionally they have some great deals on things they get in. But it's never consistent. But you can find some very rare deals well worth buying. Even if in a large pkg you can break it up and freeze in portions!! If you get something home and its bad I cant think of a time they haven't made it good!! The bread!! They usually have a great option. At one time they were trying to compete with the high dollar grocery store in town selling the SAME thing. Thats what WILL keep the prodicts on the shelf!! The GOOD prices are what drew people to the store!! Stretching the dollar!! The bad thing is once you find something you may love, you better go grab as many as you can, because sometimes when its gone, it IS GONE!!! I MISS the deli!! The employee's are helpful, but...get a "NICE" store manager PLEASE!!!! NOBODY that shops there or works there can't stand him. He's GRUMPY and ugly to everybody!!!! He acts like he hates being there and it's NOT just ONE day, it's EVERYDAY!!!! PLEASE let him find another job!!! We've been going there almost 20 years and he is hands down THE WORST...

Freaking amazing. I love the salvage store. Honestly my husband and I grew up poor so when we go to this store we buy way too much every time. We're not poor anymore but the impulse to hoard cheap food is still there lol. This store has a huge variety of name brand goods, alcohol, even produce! Most of their prices are amazing. Like a huge block of cheese for only 10 bucks (and I mean HUGE) or a humongous pack of chicken tenders for 7 bucks! I mean you can't lose with those prices.
