United States Postal Service — Local services in Folsom

I’m really not much of a complainer but because this has happened numerous times, I will speak on it. People work very hard for things in life so when someone buy themselves something just as a just because ordeal, you do not expect someone to steal your belongings, especially the postal workers. As I stated earlier I would not normally say anything but this isn’t the first rodeo of something of mine showing as delivered but was not delivered let alone I would receive my packages opened with one of my items missing. That is outright bold of anyone to open a package and take what is NOT theirs. Whomever is doing it need to face the consequences of their actions. It is unacceptable. I no longer desire to have anything delivered to my home because I’m afraid someone will take it. It is sad and also a crime to take others mail and open it without consent. If I could give a negative I would! I run a business from my home and have packages that have to make it to customers on time. When you say that the outside bin is checked at 4 pm everyday, I trust that is what is going to happen. I dropped off 16 packages yesterday at 2:45 and NONE of them have been scanned in as of today at 2:30pm. I also had a package picked up from my house by the mail carrier on the 13th going priority to California that has never been scanned in or delivered. I have gone into the post office 3 times about this package and each time I'm asked to leave my name and number and someone will call me and I still have not received a call from anyone! Wish I could leave negative stars. Package delivery is a joke!!! If it doesn't fit in the mailbox you don't receive your items! That is, if they even get delivered to the correct mailbox!!
