Man, can’t give enough praise. I have never done Business with Milwaukee PC before today. I took a new job as a Manager at a local Company. I came to work today and my Computer was at the log in screen requiring a password. My Parts department Computer was in the same position. Nobody had the Passwords as the last Manager was terminated and didn’t leave them. Our Service Department was all but crippled. I talked to Frank and he said he could help. I took the PC’s there around 2:30 in the afternoon. Frank called approximately 4:15 and said he had the main PC done, but was having some issues with the second one. So I sent an Employee to get the main PC, in the mean time, Frank called me and said he had the second one fixed as well. I told him I didn’t send my Employee with a Credit Card. I called Frank for several tech questions regarding everything from selling my old laptop to hard drive repairs and constructing an external drive. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and forthcoming. He provided me options that were best for my tech needs and my wallet. Additionally, he listened and perceptively noted details about my job and provided me with great personalized recommendations for how I should move forward storing my files. I have had internet through Milwaukee PC for over a year now. The first install, they said they would call me back and never did. After 2 weeks I finally called and they apparently lost my request. After almost 3 weeks I finally got internet.

I bought a house just a little over week ago, and called to get internet switched over. One week went by and I got no phone call so I called them. There was nothing in the system again! This time I talked with a guy named Reid, he didn't apologize, but he did fix everything and told me I would get a phone call to confirm install time.
