Man, can’t give enough praise. I have never done Business with Milwaukee PC before today. I took a new job as a Manager at a local Company. I came to work today and my Computer was at the log in screen requiring a password. My Parts department Computer was in the same position. Nobody had the Passwords as the last Manager was terminated and didn’t leave them. Our Service Department was all but crippled. I talked to Frank and he said he could help. I took the PC’s there around 2:30 in the afternoon. Frank called approximately 4:15 and said he had the main PC done, but was having some issues with the second one. So I sent an Employee to get the main PC, in the mean time, Frank called me and said he had the second one fixed as well. I told him I didn’t send my Employee with a Credit Card. Read moreI have had internet through Milwaukee PC for over a year now. The first install, they said they would call me back and never did. After 2 weeks I finally called and they apparently lost my request. After almost 3 weeks I finally got internet.
I bought a house just a little over week ago, and called to get internet switched over. One week went by and I got no phone call so I called them. There was nothing in the system again! This time I talked with a guy named Reid, he didn't apologize, but he did fix everything and told me I would get a phone call to confirm install time.
