When my washer began not spinning, I was happy to get an appointment to have it looked at so quickly. Mr. Appliance stays in contact, sends a picture of the technician who is coming (which is amazing, by the way) and follows up with a text with the projected arrival time the day of. Nate was right on time, got right to it and identified the problem right away.
