They were so friendly. It was closing time which I didn't know. They came and asked me if they could help me fine what i needed, that it was closing time, I said I was so sorry, but then they said did you get everything you needed, I said I just need some peanutbutter bones for my dog, I then saud I can just stop somewhere else, they said no no we will help you, so they did. I get up to the cash register and left mt wallet in the car, I was traveling from the Greenbay area so stop on my way home, not knowing the time, anyways they let me go out to my car and get it. Now I am not one to be in a store at closing time, I worked retail for 25 year's. But I just wanted to say they were the most friendly and helpful . Read moreI spent $450 in one trip and was very disappointed, Fleet Farm is no longer a customer friendly place. I interacted with four Fleet Farm team members on 03/24 around noon and only one was helpful. I asked a younger guy if they had any bushes or outside plants yet and he literally said I don’t know. I asked the cashier about a product and he said I needed to ask at customer service. No effort was made and he was not busy. I bought bags of mulch and told I had to drive around. The lady at the gate radioed a guy and he told her where to tell me to go and I said he is not going to help me, what if I pick up the wrong product and she said sorry, she would check before letting me out of the gate. Which would mean I would have to go back through the process. Terrible, I went to Menards after and got excellent...
