If you need your phone repaired, go in and ask them to look at your phone first before talking with anyone over the phone. They don't know the questions to ask to determine if a phone can be fixed or not without seeing the damage. Also, the guy who "works" there obviously hates his job. From the moment I walked into the place he did not want to help me. Said in a snarky way that I'd have to wait 7 hours for my phone to be fixed. Little did he know I've been waiting for 5 days so I excitedly said "sounds good"! He did not like that. Asked if it was through insurance. I told him yes and I had the approval email from my insurance company, but he said he didn't get an email so he couldn't fix my phone. When I said it shouldn't matter if he gets an email or not, because I have to pay for the repair upfront anyway, he proceeded to call his manager. Then he comes back from the back room where he was calling her from and said "she didn't answer so you just have to pay upfront". I literally just said that, guy. Tells me to take the case off so he can see the damage. Then he gets real excited to tell me the frame is bent so he can't fix it. I said the woman whom I spoke with over the phone never asked me that, only if there were cracks on the frame, which there weren't. They also had me wait 2 days for the parts to come in, just for them to ultimately tell me my phone wasn't fixable. The whole experience was a complete waste of time. I can understand miscommunication. But when you employ a person who treats customers like complete garbage, thats how you lose business. I know it's hard to find good help, but surely you can do...

The battery was on its way out. I asked for them to install a new one which a man from the back promptly started his way with a cart of tools and the new battery. It became clear when I asked some questions that he felt burdened by the task and I thought to myself this is different than most my experiences with battery plus where they are always eager to help.
