I used to come here just about every week around noon. They recently changed their open times to 12-6pm, which wasn’t a problem because they were still open when I stopped in. However, since the change they never have the black pearls ready when they open and because of that I’m not able to stop by anymore. I can understand not having everything ready but if you open at Noon you should have everything ready by noon. I’d recommend changing your open time to 1pm when you actually have everything ready. They have great boba tea, if only it were ready when they opened. I’ll change my review if they end up having things ready...

We got some different teas, slushes, and a mochi donut, and all were delicious! The sweetness of the mango slush was much higher than the strawberry slush, but both were great and came in cups with fun cat top. The mango green tea was refreshing and the boba levels were just right. This was my first time trying a mochi donut, and it was a delicious chocolate flavor. This is my go-to boba tea shop even though I live closer to the Twin Cities. I’ve tried many boba tea shops before but nothing comes close to Bubble Time. I’ve tried different drinks from their menu and love all of them. My favorite is the classic strawberry slushy with black pearls because they use the fruit and not the artificial flavoring.
