My review is only regarding signage, I can't speak to any other services they offer. I ordered a specific size sign (48" x 15") and gave them a vector graphic file of the logo I wanted on it. They instead gave me a 48" x 24" sign with all the parts trimmed badly and in the wrong proportion. The font was also wrong, even though it was in the file.

Because of their policy of "no refunds on custom jobs" i.e. "all jobs" I will never see my $128 again, and I still need a sign. I'm a graphic designer, I work with signage places all the time, this was a terrible experience.

I'm mostly disappointed because I wanted to support local business. I wanted so badly for this job to go well, but because they were totally unwilling to do the job right in any way, I'll never take this chance again....

If I could give a negative star rating for this company. I would therefore have to choose ☆ star .this place made my order incorrectly after paying upfront 150$ for 5 t-shirts with my detailed description of specifications for the photo to be on my Latefathers tribute on his first death anniversary since he was a fire chief for 35 yrs) Tribune shirt for my entire family CUSTOMERS SERVICE is Non-existent nor attention. To details or directions she said she can edit the way I wanted .they did nothing to correct the error made on their part & blew me off completely I would irrreccommend this place to my worst enemy by the way this is my second negative rating .and please save your money dont ever visit this place...

I ordered several custom sweatshirts for my clothing brand and I must say that the outcome is SUPERB.

From ideation to completion, the ordering process was seamless. Being that I have an extreme case of OCD, the owners sat down with me to explain all of the requirements for completing my order.

They also honored my request for a proof, prior to starting the permapress (vinyl) process. Once I signed off on the artwork, I literally received my sweatshirts within three days.
