Been having problems with my service. Call dish to request a technician to come out to fix the problem. I've been paying a extra $7 towards my bill "insurance" for technician. First, they told me that I would have to pay $190 for a technician to come out, I was furious because I'm paying extra money just for that. She had me on hold then hang the phone in my face. I called the next day Nov 14, 2021 I explained to them what is going on with my service. They transferred me to not 1 but 3 customer care agents and 2hours later NOTHING.
