Bought a pack of the mild hickory smoked sausage today. I was pretty disappointed in this product. It tasted like it came from some low quality pork. The seasoning and smoke was almost non existent and the gristle / cartlialage was pretty bad your flavor profile needs more work and needs to get a lot more smoke. I think you need more fat and some different spices and it would greatly improve your product. I’ve eaten a lot of sausage in my life and well in my opinion this was not really a quality 4 star product. I think you...
