Clean place but poor customer service. Man with the tattoos is very rude and always has a bad attitude. He is very dismissive even when you greet him. On New Yearâs Day I arrived to this place bc google said it was open and closed at 9:30pm on New Years Day. I arrived at 7:59pm. When I got to the door the guy with the tattoos shook his head and closed the door in my face without explaining that they were closing early. Thatâs not a way to treat a paying customer. I knocked and he threw his hands in the air showing frustration bc I was knocking. He opened the door and yelled weâre closed! I said your sign on the door says 9:30pm and Google said the same. He yelled weâre tired and want to go home! Most places didnât open today and we had to come into work bc a lot of people were calling. Then he slammed the door in my face a second time! I will never come back to this place and I will make sure everyone I know knows how rude this individual is. Iâm not surprised there is another review here talking bad about the same rude man with the tattoos....
Read moreI was in the plaza to shop at the store next door. My little one asked to get ice cream so we decided to try this shop. It was clean, the staff was friendly, & the ice cream is amazing! They carry about 47 flavors. I tasted the strawberry cheese cake, blueberry cheesecake, a Mexican brownie ice cream, butter pecan, Mexican vanilla, Ferrero Rocher ice cream, & key lime with I believe was cake . When I tell you they were all soooooo good and creamy. I ended up getting the key lime, my daughter got strawberry, and we also got Oreo vanilla ice cream which was amazing as well. Thanks to Julia and the other lady (my apologies I donât know her name) for your kindness, patience and excellent customer service. Weâll be back to get the other flavors soon (next time Iâll take pictures of the ice cream before we eat...
Read moreWe love coming here to get the Mexican corn, the strawberries and cream, the fresh fruit, and even though we haven't tried the ice cream it always looks fresh and delicious. The staff speak Spanish but you can basically understand what they're saying to you if you understand a little bit of spanish. And there's always someone here who definitely understands english. It's very colorful and bright. Is welcoming and definitely authentic Mexican options. I have assortment of chips and other items that are Mexican specialties or staples. Being from Los Angeles this reminds me of the food carts we would see coming through the neighborhood or in downtown LA so it's like a taste of home...
