Waffle House — Restaurant in Forsyth

I've been to a fair share of Waffle Houses, and this was one of the best. The food was excellent for everyone in my party of 6, and that was with them having a full house (we all sat at the bar) and juggling a ton of take out orders. Dude working is the epitome of a fantastic short order cook, he was flying around the grill, calling back orders to confirm, going to people himself to ask questions if his servers were busy, delegating tasks, and STILL managing to carry on fairly normal conversations. His wife was our server and she took fantastic care of us making sure we had what we needed and topping up coffee while handling an entire half of the place for orders AND taking all the take-out orders. My family has pinned this Waffle House as a place to come back to for our next trip through GA, I would definitely recommend...

Recently went there with friends and might I say such terrible treatment towards customers. I think the server was Tiphanie. She kept rolling her eyes at us, looked like she was being forced to serve us food while they were constantly messing up our orders. Meanwhile I did notice they were being nice to the other white or “American customers” so the intentional rude and awful treatment was racially motivated. I have never met any other server this racist in my five year here. It doesn't end there, she kept begging for tips despite such awful treatment like they don't get paid? Not just that she made some very rude comments about how us people should never go out to eat how we don't deserve eating out. Never coming back here. Hope the manager takes action about this and be more inclusive and teach the servers how to...

Tanner was blowing his nose, picking at bumps on his face wiping his nose on his hands and arms the entire time we were there and never went to wash his hands. Thank goodness he only touched all the new clean plates and cups. Thank goodness He ended up not doing anything else for the rest of his shift because it was so close for him to clock out. Our waitress and the food was phenomenal and I wish I could praise the other workers. I know they were working stressed with it being Christmas Day. However the filthy teenager ruined the entire experience. Hopefully he doesn’t have COVID since we’re experiencing an outbreak.
