Contacted William who asked me to text photos of project. I sent photos along with some questions. No response. When I called over a week later, he told me he could come look at the project and would text me a time that he could come look at it the following Tuesday. I didn’t receive a text or phone call. Very disappointed. He has multiple web sites that are impressive. Unfortunately his work ethic and customer service is non existent.
