Michaels — Local services in Pompano Beach

She is the reason I am incredibly satisfied with my experience at Michaels. I'd like to share this short story:

I purchased a print from an online merchant, but when it arrived the dimensions were not what I'd anticipated. Finding a normal frame was now impossible without altering the print. This led me to approach a custom framer for the first time.

I walked into Michaels with zero knowledge regarding framing. Becci was so patient with me and took so much time to educate me about different framing options and pricing. I wasn't even planning to make a purchase. I just wanted to gather information. Normally I like to shop around, but I made a purchase on the spot.

Peace of mind is priceless. I knew from speaking with Becci for some time that working with her was the right choice. She is so knowledgeable, kind, patient, and talented at what she does. The item she created for me is a gift for a friend, but the quality was so outstanding that I now wish to acquire something for myself. I refuse to have this work done by anyone...

I always have such a wonderful experience at this Michaels! The staff is young fun and full of energy. They were incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. Carly, Gabby (asked for her to do your balloons set ups she is 🔥), and Casilda helped me at the register and went above and beyond to answer all my questions. Casilda even helped me sign up for the Michaels credit card and made sure I understood all the benefits and savings. They were both so kind and professional, and made the whole process smooth and easy.

Daniella was also amazing. She took her time helping me find the supplies I needed and pointing me to all the right aisles for supples. Everyone I interacted with truly made me feel welcome and cared for. It’s rare to find a team that’s this friendly and attentive! Im a regular shopper here at this location and plan to continue coming in! Thankful for their outstanding customer service.

My favorite items as of lately have been the pickle ball themed trinkets...

The big thing I look for when it comes to any chain store is consistency of store experience while ensuring that products are consistently stocked, in store service is friendly, and that the store is generally clean and in good condition.

This Michael's hits on all points, and seems suited to a slightly higher end community in that they offer a couple of more unique products you might generally not see in other locations.

We went specifically to check out their embroidery products, and they had plenty of what we were looking for minus a couple of very specific products we were just curious to see if they may have or not. Along the way we found ourselves attracted to a couple of neon indoor/outdoor designs of a Flamingo and Palm Tree and some other interesting home interior items.

All in all, I can definitely recommend this location for any of your crafting or home...
