Majority of my family is buried here. This is the first time I’ve been treated rudely. The receptionist is unprofessional and rude. My grandad passed away last week. We attempted to come in and make the final arrangements. Instead of greeting us upon arrival she continued to answer the phone as if we were not standing in her presence. Finally after taking about 5 calls the first thing out of her mouth was we don’t take walk-ins. We exchanged information and was told someone would call us to make an appointment which never happened. Finally get a call only to be told we can’t have a burial the same day as my grandad’s funeral. This is heartbreaking because we have several family members from out of town that won’t be able to attend the burial. I honestly feel like we aren’t giving my grandad the proper burial he deserves.
