Went here today to have a tire plugged. This is not my first time using this company. It's near my house. It was raining. The guy comes out and looks at the tire (that doesn't have a problem.. from afar) and tells me he can't plug a tire that's bald. I left because I was so bothered by that statement I didn't want him to work on my car at all. I called back because it made me furious.. I drove to his shop with a tire that's half flat in need of service. He didn't want to assist because it was raining. I have 4 completely brand new tires so what he said was a total lie. He says his insurance won't let him work on tires that are bald, which I could believe, but my tires are not bald. I said to him but u didn't even look at my tires. He responded "I seen them all and they're bald". He never walked around the car. He stood in the opening of the garage door. I will NEVER go back here. Came here based on the ratings and it was a DISASTER. After paying almost 350.00 for tires and alignment my tpms light wouldn't turn off. I kept bringing my car back to them and they kept putting air in my newly installed tires. When I finally decided to take my car for service at the dealership with this problem, it turned out that they messed up one of my sensors. Not only that, they over inflated my tires which could have been a very dangerous situation for me.
