I am utterly disappointed and disgusted with this company. I trusted them to ship a box of food items to Jamaica, only to find when I came to clear it that the box was completely disfigured. Most of my items were missing, and what was remained were destroyed.

This experience is beyond unacceptable. The lack of care, accountability, and professionalism is shocking. Customers place their trust in a shipping company to handle their goods with basic respect and responsibility, and this company has failed miserably. Not only did I lose items, but I also had to face the frustration, inconvenience, and financial loss caused by this negligence.

They will do everything to change you extra!, the lady told me that the cut off time is 5pm so she's going to charge me extra!, I told her that I was there before 5pm,she said but you wasn't finished packing your box,there was nothing in writing to tell you that or verbally before you start so you can be prepared for THAT extra charge, to add to my previous review, not only did they charge they failed to let consumers know that their shipment will not be received until after the Holidays, so all the things that are supposed to be for Christmas now is after the new year, I call the office and they lied about telling me about the late arrival but they MAKE SURE TO CHARGE ME EXTRA FOR...
