I was in store waiting to paid but the registered lady so rude. No welcome customer service the way she talked and treat me was so bad. Yes, I was waiting behind scratch lotter sign to decide which onece I should buy some.Also I saw gentleman talk with her. They look happily so I wait one she asked me to register.The mood changed and be cold to. I even asked "Are you ok?" as I be in customer service industry for 12 years but the way she replyed cold and told me it 17$. So I decided to leave not buy anything. Read moreI had the worst experience as a customer in the parking lot of this business in two separate occasions. The first one I let go because I had a relative that used to live in that building. The second experience was the same thing -a lady who is one of the employees there was pushing me out of the parking lot backing out in a Black Audi SUV while I was waiting for someone that was shopping for wines in there. The right thing to do as an employee is to inform the customer you are going to be leaving, but this lady seems to be lacking some basic manners. She proceeded each time to basically kick me out of the parking lot, I thought my car was going to get hit…crazy world we are living ! Read moreI just want to take the time to send my appreciation to the ENTIRE Top Shelf Liquors staff. I moved to fort lee just in January and they treat me soo well to the point I feel like I’m apart of the family. If anyone was to go there and have the slightest bad experience then they are not in the right state of mind. Clearly someone who would complain about their services needs a drink because maybe things at home isn’t going the way as planned so they rather take their frustrations out by turning to liquor which they do not condone.
