Within the first 30 days of storing my service truck here, my $1500.00 air compressor was stolen. Apparently someone hit the gate with a vehicle some time ago and it has been inoperable since. They neglect to tell you that when you sign the contract and pay them. The managers seem less than concerned about the theft and accuse me of being at fault for the theft. Quite suspiciously, as soon as I contacted police, the manager named Darren took off within a minute and didn't even say goodbye after claiming there was nobody seen on camera... Haven’t had any complaints. Our truck and trailer are parked there. The office staff is very nice. Logan (maintenance/grounds) is really great. We had an issue with our first parking spot and he accommodated us. My brother needed a place for his truck and Logan got us a spot so our trucks were together.
