Update to your response, there is no issue with pre-cooling. The issue is having your reefer doors open for 2.5 hours running while you load the trailer. My reefer had to defrost and the temperature went up to 55 degrees. Please try to have product ready to load. Load the trailer in 45 minutes no issue. You are burning up a reefer motor the way you guys do it.
