Great products and service. In market for new washing machine. Most washing machines on the market have built-in obsolescence (designed to fail in 5-6 years) with loads of unneccessary features but dont actually clean clothes all that well unless they cost a ton (does your washing machine really need to talk to your computer?). Take it from a techie, old school reliability is best. Got a very hard to find TC5 Speed Queen (commercial grade) from Pro-Tech. Simple to operate, commercial grade costs a little bit more (not much) for the appliance quality level, but so worth the robustness and solidity. Lasts for us years and years. Delivered next day by polite and knowledgeable workmen who helped us find the source of a leak (as a bonus). No affiliation just sharing my consumer experience. After calling around to a few of the other big appliance stores, and by call I mean, either no answer or employees who are annoyed that you ask more than one question, I called Pro-Tech. Brian answered the phone right away and I explained my situation. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions (and a few of my husbands questions). He was personable and explained his recommendations for dishwashers.
