I called this morning to ask about times to drop things off for consignment and was told anytime before 430. I walked in around 220 or so and was then asked if I had followed the online instructions. I told the sweet girl that originally took my stuff back that I was not aware of them. Finally the owner came over to me and was buraiting me about how I should have known about the instructions and that since I didn't follow them, I would likely be turned away. I explained to her that I was not informed of these instructions upon calling but that didn't seem to matter to her because this has been the policy for 25 years. I knew that there were NEW owners, and I sure do miss my Donna and Brenda, but it's my understanding that Brenda does work there some.
