Ordered and paid for 2 route 44 cherry limeade slushes. I received 2 route 44 cups crammed full of ice with a cherry, lime and about 6 ounces of a liquid that was the worse tasting cherry limeade ever. I called and spoke to Asia which was no help what so ever. She was very unapologetic. Ugh sorry does not make customers believe you are . When I said I don't think your sorry she said that she is not going to let me talk to her that way. If you provide customers what they pay for you should not have to apologize. If this idea of customer service please don't reply and I won't come back to your location. Bitterness of poor quality lingers long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten. I frequent this Sonic since I live fairly close. This is my favorite Sonic to visit. The food is good most of the time. However, of all the fast food in this little area, they tend to have more issues with my orders than the others. Sometimes it's forgetting small things (like bacon or no onions on a burger) and other times it's a bad fountain drink. I've also noticed they are sometimes stingy with the garnishes like cherries, limes, cheese on tots, napkins, etc. As in, a cherry limeade with no limes or cherries in it. It's not really a big deal, just inconsistent. I would chock this up to running out...
