My wife ordered food her order was wrong. She called to tell them after she had turned around once to get our sons missing food. She called to let them know hers was wrong. she ordered the new box with a Grilled cheese burrito, Bean burrito, Dorito taco and chips w cheese dip. She recieved a bean and rice burrito, reg taco, burrito with no grilled cheese on top plus no chips or cheese. she called the woman cut her off and asked if she looked in the bag my wife said yes but my food is wrong and missing chips. This lady goes on to tell my wife "Lady I packaged your food I know it is there" My wife told her she promises she isn't lying her food is wrong.. The lady keeps going on till my wife is crying then tells her "I can't help you call my GM tomorrow" and hung up on my wife before she hung up we all heard her say A**Hole 4 people heard it! My husband and I both got a discovery Luke box for $9 each! We went through the drive thru. After we had already got on the highway we tasted our Pepsi’s and it was nothing but straight carbonation there was no Pepsi taste to it! Then when we got home and started eating our Crunchwrap supreme it had no crunch wrap in it and the tiniest bit of meat in it! It was literally 2 tortillas folded together with vegetables and cheese! I’m not exaggerating when I say it had the tiniest amount of meat in it! Also the food wasn’t hot at all it wasn’t even warm hardly! For $20 I expect to get what I pay for not get ripped off! Service your soda machines more often and take better control on your food quality because we were highly disappointed! My husband is very seldom get a chance to be able to afford To eat out and we chose your restaurant! Shame on you Taco...

We ordered 7 layer burrito, fresco style, no cheese, no sour cream (vegan) and a steal quesarita combo. Both burritos had cheese. When we came back to the window, someone (the grill person?) asked to see the burritos, she made them herself and knows she didn't put cheese! She digs through both burritos right there at the window. OH yeah, there is cheese, it must have been in the rice. As we are ready to leave, we have no quesarita.... grill person, 'oh yeah, I burnt it.". So they just didn't put it in the sack or hand it with the replaced 7 layer burritos. Two of the items could have made one person seriously and painfully ill. I understand off nights, but such off in one order of 6 items? Really? Half the order is wrong/missing? 50%...
