My Brother finally got his NEW gorgeous smile! It's been alot of work, many visits and was really pricey. They were always friendly and patient with him and even gave us a 15% discount. That saved him alot of money and was gratefully appreciated. The only problem we had was, we told them to give us exactly how much it was going to cost from start to finish. There would only be 1 payment made for the entire FULL balance, so to include any and ALL visits before, during and after getting his denture implants. The first day we went back, we paid the FULL balance. A few visits later, they told us he owed an additional $550.00 MORE dollars?? We did not understand and was able to get that matter cleared up, which again left his account at $ 0.00 dollars. Then a few more months go by and suddenly they said, he owed an ADDITIONAL $947.00 dollars??! This we could not understand again?? HOW IS that even possible? 🤔 We went back up there to see what happened, AGAIN.... Once we talked to them, they said they did not know why the "computer" READDED the 15% discount that was given to him at the beginning? Thankfully, they corrected it straight away and his account was back down to $ 0.00 dollars. We really liked the place and everyone was super nice, but we are left with a nagging suspicion, that these kinds of "errors" could be happening to many elderly people who think, if they say they owe it, most elderly people would just pay it, rather than research the truth. Loving the ordering my daughter and I have been doing, convenient they deliver, and residing just half a mile.from the restaurant they deliver quite swiftly and professional and everything is fresh and hot, their pizza which we've tried the pepperoni which is mainly everyone's fave,the last order we made about a week ago was for the Chicken florentine, that was quite flavorful, next I guess we will have to try their build your own pasta bowls , but marcos pizza their italian sub is far more better...
