Harps Food Stores — Local services in Fort Smith

This is by far my favorite Harp's. The employees and manager are always so friendly and always smiling. My issue is with Harp's outdated digital coupon system. Target, Casey's, Walgreens, Dollar General, Murphy's, Kohl's and almost any other store in 2024 allow you to use digital coupons (which Harp's offers) without requiring you to keep an app on your phone. Get it together and allow customers to provide a simple phone number for savings and benefits. I'm not keeping a useless, outdated app on my phone. If Harp's wants to move forward in today's time maybe they should make the experience more customer friendly. I can go elsewhere and get better deals...

I do a lot of my shopping at this Harps store . I like the selection I can get most of what I need here all in one stop HOWEVER I have bought pork chops in this store on more than one occasion that went bad before I was able to cook them I am talking within 1-2 days in a good working fridge, I dont have that problem with any of my other meat that I buy elsewhere. Pretty disappointed with ordering a cake for my child's 8th bday. Cake looked nothing like i requested AND they didn't even write happy birthday on it which I also requested. The day of the party to pick up the cake and I didn't have a choice but to just buy it. It did taste a lot better than a Walmart cake but I would just get a Walmart cake next time.
