Be very careful. We were sold a fridge with bad compressor and the back even had a piece of tape that said compressor issue. We were promised it worked. It never got cold enough to make ice fast and sometimes at all, drinks and food would barely be cold and definitely not cold enough to keep bacteria at bay either.
We had them send their service tech 3 times and a third party once who literally said the compressor is bad and doesn't have enough freon. Hence needed replacement.
I called and they said don't worry come on in and we will exchange it for you and re deliver the new one. We obliged, but lived an hour away
Two days later we called to set that up and got "we don't know who said that but all we can do is fix it, We can't replace it."
I was confused but obliged. The sent their tech out with a replacement ice maker who didn't speak much English (still wasn't the problem) and I speak Spanish enough to understand.
After nearly the 3rd month I blew up on the supervisor politely frustrated who was apparently a new supervisor.
She said sure come on in and we will take care of you. We even mentioned the 100 dollar credit on top of the Inconvenience they'd add toward a new one.
Unfortunately NOTHING this time was in our price range. We suggested waiting and she hinted SHE "wanted this done today" as if we didn't go months with countless visits, lies about what the issue was (I was an hvac tech) and barely any ice with a Luke warm fridge.
We walked out spending over another 400 dollars we didnt have on a samsung fridge as the other option was keep our (from the beginning) damaged fridge.
The new one works great. And has NO warranty through them But the principle lingers...
The shadyness this place has shown us isn't right or fair to customers. They seem up front until you have issues.

Charged $323.24 for entire bill, parts and labor. Gave 30 day warranty on the part. Called a few days later because it was making a terrible noise. After the second call to complain they came back out. Was told there was ice on the fan blade. Did nothing but remove the ice. Eventually had to have someone else to come today to fix it. This repairman found the fan that was installed by Jarry’s on eBay for 25.00. He replaced the fan with a GE fan ( with a one year warranty) for 135.00 including labor. Called Jarry's up while on my way to the repair shop (They have a 60 day Warranty) and they said to bring it on in and they would repair or replace it.
When I got to the location on Jackson I was helped by Romulo and he was AWESOME! We ended up being upgraded to a much nicer refrigerator for FREE and the whole experience went from being a "Bad Apple" to a "Five-Star Event"
