For the most part it’s been OK. But when I go to sell clothes, I feel like the girls are very rushed for some reason and they can be very rude. I understand you don’t wanna buy all the clothes sometimes and I completely understand that but over half the time it’s like they don’t wanna go through the clothes and when they tell us hey we didn’t want anything and I go to talk to them they just cut us off and say bye And don’t want to give an explanation. And everyone that was selling clothes today seemed to be having the same experience and this is not the first time it’s happened. So it seems to be a reoccurrence where the girls behind the counters are not having a good day, and they show that with their customer service to the Girls that are trying to sell items at this location . Instead of the items being the reason why they were not being purchased, it was more of the Day they were having. And it’s starting to discourage me and others to not want to sell clothes at this location.

Another occurrence I had close to so she told me it would be about 40 minutes, so I was shopping around the store and within 10 minutes she told me I could pick up my clothes they were wet and she would not accept them. I was confused and how they would be wet since they were closing items that had been stacked in store for a week And had no signs of dampness they weren’t just recently washed. When I tried to explain this to her, she was very rude so I gathered my things. And finished doing my shopping. And then It seemed that she was rushing to leave. And from what I can tell, she didn’t want to go through the clothes so that she could leave early Is the other girls were making it seem like the counter. So again all these experiences continue to happen and it’s making me not want to sell clothes or to buy clothes from...

Very disappointed with my experience trying to sell my clothes here. I’ve been to various Plato’s closets all around the US and I believe this one was the most unreasonable. I brought in about 6 nearly brand new items I was hoping to sell. After the employee looked for about 15 minutes she said that she could give me 7$ for two of the items. I already felt this was way too low of an offer considering as I stated basically everything was new and there were even a brand new pair of hollister jeans my boyfriend had bought me that were slightly too small, and an expensive billabong bathing suit set also new just a little too small. Since the women at the counter didn’t tell me what items she had selected I didn’t notice until getting home that she did in fact take the brand new pair of jeans (originally costing 95$) and bathing suit (costed around 65$) and I got 7$ for both??? There is no way these two items are worth so little and I wish I would’ve known what specifically she was taking for that little amount before getting home. I felt robbed. Will probably take the drive to a further location next time I want to try to sell...

The 3 Girls THAT Were Working On Saturday SEPTEMBER 2, We're awful. Worst bunch I ever dealt with. One girl had black athletic shorts and dirty blonde hair, had cottage cheese or cellulite on the back of her legs. The other was short black hair and glasses, dark skinned. I saw them turn down four different people's clothes t hat they bought in. What's worse I watched them and they didn't even sort through them, they dumped them on counter and then put them back in bag. I seen them do that to at least four people that day. I bring clothes in all the time and never have a problem, my things were clean no stains, and way less than a year old. Lazy and rude. Then they handed me that stupid flyer that has clothes on it, as if that somehow justifies their rude and lazy behavior. I described at least two of them so if you go in there, you know to ask someone different. Oh the third one was fine but the acne faced cellulite girl and the short dark skinned girl with glasses I don't ever want to sort...
