I have continuously bought my bras at Victoriaâs Secret but when my husband tried to return some and tell The manager about the metal tarnishing and staining the fabric she just kept flipping her hair haughtily and saying disgustingly over and over âThose have been worn!â Yes one had been worn and had been hand washed and the metal pieces on it were tarnishing the fabric on the straps, one had a slight stain of deodorant on it from trying it on which the manager and cashier belittled my husband over, but the one with the small deodorant stain was easily able to be wiped off, I saw many of their shelf items deodorant stained much worse, but that bra had all its tags as did several others that had been purchased and werenât the right size. Even with all the tags attached she swore in her little tirade that they must have also been worn and was not just showing them to her worker, and shoving them at my husband, she was showing them to customers while they watched her act like a fool. I couldnât believe it and couldnât help but laugh and stare at her unbelievably it was so bazaar. What is wrong with her I wondered? When did the customer lose their rights? Apparently when we were not even looking with this young lady. It was ludicrous as her apparent âIâm better than youâ attitude just got louder and louder to the point my my husband also had to raise his voice slightly just to continue to try to explain himself. Mind you my husband is an NCO with over 22 years in the military and is a Veteran, he could have just as easily advised her to pull her head out of her third point of contact, told her to shut her trap, and to just listen, but I was so proud of him, he kept being a complete gentleman despite being taken aback at this young womanâs outburst. So ask yourself, did she believe because she worked at Victoriaâs Secret she was superior and gets to rip people off? Is she what represents this brand now? Did/does she just truly believe she is better than everyone else? Why was she swinging her hair haughtily? This was not a joking matter! The ludicrous behavior was so stunning I couldnât help but see it as absurd! These are $80-$110 bras mind you, special Christmas gifts from my husband errantly bought in the wrong sizes, that was his only mistake, but no matter how nicely he tried to explain she would not listen to a word he had to say, accused me of wearing bras with price tags, and we never even made it to the metal tarnished bras before he was asked to leave the store and security was called. As he was gathering the bras to leave the other sales girl had the audacity to sayâIf you had been nicer and had a receipt (his receipt was on his Victoriaâs Secret Card on their computer which in the beginning she said she could use!!) we might have helped you. Now my husband and I own our own business and would never ignore a customerâs complaints, that is NOT how you treat your customers, period! What a horrible way for the Fort Smith, AR store to be represented! You treat your patrons who pay your bills with the same respect and courtesy they show you! I will NOT let this lie. I hand wash every bra I own by this brand and their products are defective! The Fort Smith, AR store and Victoriaâs Secret Company have gone into the proverbial toilet so...
Read moreI had the most amazing experience I could imagine having while lingerie shopping! I was promptly greeted by 2 beautiful ladies. Emily asked me what I was looking for and I told her that I was going through some things in my personal life; so she grabbed my hand and took me right to what I was looking for. She was so supportive and helpful, she even gave me a hug. I left with so many beautiful sets, lip glosses and perfume, I even got a VS cc. But most of all, I left feeling so much better about my situation, she was truly an angel. Its a blessing to have employees like her, they will build your business in every way. Susan at check out was amazing as well! Thank you FS VS for the best retail therapy I've had in...
Read moreI will make the hour and a half drive to go to the one in Tulsa befor I come back to this one. I've been in this one multiple times and every time the staff is extremely rude and un helpful. My husband has a Victoria secret card with a $1200 limit, the last time we went to this location he sat outside on a bench due to a migraine, at my time of check out the lady kept the card and accused me of stealing it in front of everyone in the store. Even though I had my husband's military ID and my spouse ID card with our pics on them. Then she said "oh what you expect a discount now for his service"? . After I pay the card off I wont be doing business...
