If your a college student it'll be great, if you can afford it. Parties all the time in the parking lot at night. If your a family, I don't recommend. Getting issues addressed is a nightmare. The owner, not management, will not allow them to call contractors to do repairs and they can't keep a maintenance or a manager person because of this. Looks nice though. Get use to fighting pest and nuisance animals continuously. There's always garbage everywhere cuz broken dumpster. Forget about anyone caring, they don't. Folks will steal your stuff, break in your car or kick in your back door and rob you when your at work, all have happened MULTIPLE times in the year I have lived here to different neighbors.
