I love Aldi for the following reasons:

Healthy selections of food, especially vegetables, nuts and fruits at great prices.

I absolutely LOVE that you stock salt-free nuts, spices and products without a lot of high-fructose sugats, fillers and chemical preservatives. I like to look for products having 5 ingredients or less.

The absolute BEST overall customer service even over Aldi teams at other locations. South Associates are always patient, friendly, helpful and smiling. They even treat each other with obvious respect and exemplify good teamwork. Check-out lanes are processed efficiently at all times.

I appreciate the cleanliness and store organization. Your work ethic Is amazing!

Is the south store scheduled for a much-needed remodel? Our store pales in appearance to your other Ft Wayne locations. We were your 1st Fort Wayne success and remain loyal in spite of the nearby Wal-Mart.

What a let down! Was expecting a store on the level of the stores on Coldwater, north Lima Rd. And the new store on Illinois Rd. What a let down. This store was the first Aldi to open in Fort Wayne. It showed the company that the store would be supported and make money.

Just because we are on the South East side of town, the company seems to think all they have to do is just get buy. Right before the remodel the company moved the beer and wine sales from this store and moved it to the Illinois Road store. What makes the people on the west side of town better than those of us on the south side? When the store reopened the beer and wine stayed out at the Illinois Rd store.

I have been an Aldi gal for years, and I don't think I'll ever stop! I have my dedicated quarter for the carts (it's refunded when you return it,) and my dedicated reusable bags (if you forget, they sell a nice size reusable bag, or even plastic and paper ones that I have been known to bring back multiple times for multiple uses!) The staff is friendly and quick! Buy the wine and chocolate, it's so much better than you get elsewhere!
