Updated: thanks for fixing the chips Update: 02/02/2024 We don't want to go to this location because their chips are gross!!! We think they have their heat is too high and are burning the oil. That's what it tastes like. Please check this out so we can buy from you again. Thanks UPDATE: Even in this time of uncertainty Taco Bell comes though with great customer service and HOT, fresh food! Although they did forget one item I bought but I asked about it before driving off and received it. Everything was right with our customizations way to go guys!

UPDATE: I added another star* UPDATE: They really stepped it up. They are doing great at getting my order right, they write on my items so I know what they are which is very helpful because I order a lot at a time on mobile order. The cashier I was refuring to was at the register not doing anything and still waited till I got to the register to acknowledge me. But one of the managers did acknowledge me as soon as I came in the door thank you. The Mountain dew still looks orange in the self serve pop dispenser due to the dark pops that come out of the same spout. Even letting it run does not work so I ask them to get it from behind the counter which they happily do. One thing is they always forget to give you your drink if you have a mobile order or make the order on the self serve screen. I have walked out and started down the road before remember I needed ordered pop but all the stores do that.

TL;DR: food & dine-in service awful; drive thru and dine-in clean

I understand places get busy, and I don’t expect like world class service at fast food, but I feel like at minimum tasty food and attentive service is expected. I got neither. I spent almost 30 minutes from entering to exiting. 25 of that was just waiting for someone to take my order/get the rest of my order. I know they have drive thru people but I basically had a beg someone to come take my payment. At one point they were just standing around which was even more annoying to see.

They wrapped one of my soft tacos completely wrong so it all fell out in the bag. Also, I said specifically no lettuce (even double checked my receipt), & I got lettuce on the items.

The only good thing I can say is the dine-in area was very clean and picked up after.

It looks like drive thru and mobile order offer much better service, but the quality of food is enough I will drive a few miles more to get a better Taco...
