My mom and I have rented from them for a few year's now and we have never had any problems with the merchandise or the customer service. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that asks me about it, I have not one bad thing to say about this place and I think Edwin and Nick are the 2 best employees there, their the reason the place even is still in business as long as they have been. I seen a comment about someone getting roaches from them, but I'm sorry I find that extremely hard to believe considering like I said my mother and myself have went threw this place for several year's now and not ONE TIME did we ever get any kind of bugs from this place either. I called to make my final payment on my rental agreement contract which is what I have done over the past 2 years and no issues, but I was told I could not make the payment over the phone have to come into the location however I explained that is not convenient for me and my schedule and the office location is not near where I live to travel there. I explained that any title or paperwork can be mailed to me as it would be no different from any other business once a contract is complete that do not require you to be physically present to make a final payment. Also I told by another representative named Samantha that she could not even tell me the final amount owed which I was just told a week ago that it was around $89 for pay off. Don't pay ahead and think you will get you money back.I rented a bed12/8 2022 paid $100.00. Then I slept on it for two hours, well laid on it. Took my old mattress on the living room floor to sleep.
